40327 Media Handler MDH: The MCU move failed to arrive at the target position [cassette <Cassette Number> pick position], likely due to an overloaded cassette Magnus_VLF An MCU move to pick position sequence was triggered. Although all the components of the MCU move succeeded, it did not end up in the correct location. This can happen easily if a cassette is overloaded. The cassette moves up to the pick position but is triggered early by a larger than expected plate stack. The cassette is not as high as expected, and therefore is reading the wrong cassette number. The cassette number sensors and the pick sensor trigger very close together. Remove some plates from the cassette and re-submit the job(s). This error is reported. Over loaded cassette. Misaligned sensors. Faulty sensors. Faulty hardware.
